The Most Wonderful Time of the Year
The holiday season has officially begun, as evidenced by the neighborhood blow-up Santa’s, 24/7 Christmas music radio stations and kettle bell ringers.
With presents to wrap, pies to bake and snow to wish for, it may seem impossible to connect with your busy customers — or you’re also too busy to come up with ideas.
Christmas, however, offers one of the best opportunities to connect with customers, and to thank them for their partnership with your company.
Whether it’s a personal note or customized card there are plenty of ways to wish your clients a merry Christmas — and establish a deeper relationship.
Holidays are about connection, and a hand-signed card is an easy way to do that. In an article from Micro Business Community, the author states, “Christmas cards should not be about the sender, so I particularly dislike it when organizations use greeting cards as billboards - with logos printed on them, and worse still, printed signatures! Sending Christmas cards should be a gift to the receiver, a thank-you for the year you’ve spent together.”
No matter what your organization does, taking time to thank your partners in business will be appreciated.
Make it creative, make it memorable and have fun planning it. Customers will notice the result, and that will make a lasting impression — one that’ll continue beyond the leftover wrapping paper and shedding Christmas trees.
