Creating a Destination for K Show Visitors

Approached by the Milliken Chemical marketing team to create a promotional campaign surrounding one of their largest trade shows in Dusseldorf Germany, the YCP team of writers, designers, and developers jumped in with both feet. Milliken wanted a place for people to land before, during, and after the trade show that centered around their theme – Making Polypropylene Clearer, Better, Faster. Together. They wanted a place to share their message, highlight co-promotions with other companies, and house blog posts and live updates during and after the show. 

So with that mission in mind, we created a clean and dynamic landing page that accomplished their goals using both the design and layout of the website.

Spreading the Word in the Blogosphere

Over a one month timeframe we wrote 30 blog posts about Milliken's participation in K Show 2016. The posts featured both partnerships and products and gave K Show visitors a preview of what they could expect to find at the event.

Utilizing a consistent style and tone, we created original, organic social media posts as well as launched and managed a social ad campaign in order to raise awareness of Milliken Chemical's presence at K Show 2016. Capitalizing on the strengths of promoted posts on Twitter, LinkedIn, and AdWords, we put together a comprehensive ad campaign that exceeded our expectations and placed Milliken in a good standing with their target audience. 

Sticking to the proposed budget, we maximized the outcomes by creating a specific, targeted audience based on their followers and followers with similar interests. Because we are very familiar with their products, we were able to enhance their messaging without being a drain on the client's time.
