Justin Murphy
Principal & Creative Director
Justin specializes in creative branding on the web and in print and has over ten years of experience in the industry. Justin's job involves leading client brand initiatives and overseeing creative. Justin also has experience adjunct teaching on subjects like branding, entrepreneurship, and web design on the MBA and university undergraduate levels. When he's not working, you can find him at Starbucks, serving at his church, or spending time with his wife Caitlyn, in Greenville's charming downtown.
Olaf Ebert
Art Director
Olaf is a native of Hamburg, Germany a city that breathes advertising, design and publishing. Having worked in the United States since 1998, Olaf gained solid prepress and printing experience at Crowson Stone Printing in Columbia, SC in partnership with Heidelberg. A move to Charleston, SC got him connected as a designer with Gee Creative to work on a variety of design and branding campaigns. After moving to the Upstate to work at Your Creative People, Olaf has become involved in designing and art directing creative projects for web and print. Olaf is a Mac enthusiast who enjoys taking on creative and technical challenges alike.
David Dierking
Lead Developer
During work hours, David is usually huddled at his desk intensely working on Backstage, our own CMS, and other cool effects for our clients' web sites. David moved to Greenville from Lancaster, Pennsylvania to study graphic design. During his spare time, David enjoys playing soccer and basketball, camping, and zooming around town in his little green Del Sol.
Andy Chandler
Lead Interactive Developer
Andy Chandler develops our client's websites and other interactive materials and keeps an eye on YCP's servers and CMS. Andy moved to Greenville from Indianapolis, Indiana and is a graduate of USCS with over 8 years experience in website development . He lives in Greer with his wife and two children, Hailey and Liam.
Michael Golus
Graphic Designer
Michael graduated in 2010 from Bob Jones University with a major in Graphic Design and a minor in Psychology. His experience working at Camperdown Academy as well as working with numerous other clients and agencies makes him a valued addition to our design team. Michael enjoys mountain biking and is an avid musician. He can often be found in his home recording studio composing and recording many different styles of music for many different purposes.
David Freeman
Executive Assistant
After working as a project manager for a small web site and media company, David joined our team as a customer service representative and administrative assistant to the Principal. He is currently enrolled as a student in the Business & Technology field at Bob Jones University. When not studying or working, David can be found listening to music, and playing sports, drinking coffee, and enjoying an avid social life. As a multi-lingual speaker, David is very active in both the Spanish and English services at his church.
Caitlyn Murphy
Communications Manager
Caitlyn comes to YCP with a degree in Speech Pedagogy. Caitlyn grew up performing in professional stage productions of musicals and plays which eventually turned into an interest in communication and public speaking. Caitlyn joins the YCP team to help write content, compile customer surveys, and maintain social media amongst other things. In her free time (what's that?) she enjoys cooking, baking, and riding her bike up and down the hills of her Greenville neighborhood.
Andre Messier
Account Executive/Project Manager
Andre joins Your Creative People with a background in banking, management, and customer service. He is currently serving YCP in an operational role by managing accounts and projects. He and his wife have lived in the Greenville area for 10 years and enjoy running and traveling together.
