Your Family is Important

We value family and the time you spend with them. At YCP, that means working a true 40-hour work week and not Sundays. You also get ample time off with a long Christmas (often a week) and Thanksgiving break as well as quality time during the year for family vacations. With flexible schedules we also encourage you to bring your family to work!
